New Addition Project for Steve’s Tire and Auto at 5355 34th Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN
Steve’s Tire and Auto has unveiled a new addition project at their 34th Avenue South location in Minneapolis, MN. APPRO Development is pleased to have completed work on another design-build commercial construction project with this owner.
Our team worked closely with the owner to create a 4,470 SF addition to the existing building. The scope of work included:
Completed Project – Steve’s Tire & Auto
- Demo existing parking lot, gas canopy and existing roof
- New footings, floor and exterior walls constructed
- Replaced roof trusses to create a new, more stylish roof line
- New in-floor heat and concrete system
- Installed garage doors, sprinkler system and new water line
- Relocated electricity
- New entrance with front desk & reception remodel, including updated window systems
- Construction of two new restrooms with ceramic tile on floor and walls
- New asphalt parking lot and curbs
