Project Description: A nearly 30,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant office warehouse building. Development included site preparation for a Phase II building. Building design features large window storefronts to enable showroom atmosphere. Building design set up to allow for 7 separate tenants. Exterior constructed of decorative concrete block with brick accent areas at building corners and entries.
