Product showroom for residential doors, windows and cabinets located in Lakeville, Minnesota.  Adaptive reuse of former warehouse space allowing for high ceilings and serpentine soffit that defines the kitchen and bath cabinet sales area.  Doors and stair case components are working showroom pieces.  Many different vignettes featuring a multitude of finishes and styles

Special Considerations:

  • Remodeling of existing warehouse space into finished showing space
  • Sound reduction features to reduce noise from nearby process equipment
  • Work accomplished next to operating offices
  • Replace existing stair with new stair complying with current code requirements while utilizing decorative wood components
