Project Description:

A new 18,000 square foot miscellaneous metal fabrication shop. Building construction consists of a concrete slab on grade floor for the fabrication shop and a precast concrete plank floor for the office area. Exposed aggregate precast concrete wall panels provide a maintenance free exterior.

Special Considerations:

• Two story building with both levels of building having walk-in access

• 5 ton bridge crane serves majority of fabrication area
• Paint booth, make-up air
