Project Description:

A 10,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse facility in the Rosemount Business Park. The building serves as the corporate headquarters for Mittelstaedt Brothers Construction, a residential home builder. Also incorporated into the plan are two tenant lease spaces.

Special Considerations:

• Future expansion considerations built into building and site layout for potential addition to the south side of the building
• Flexible plan layout allows for future expansion by main tenant or expansion of lease spaces

• Plan for future expansion

• Site layout allows the use of either drive-in doors or truck dock doors
