Project Description:

Remodeling of 10,000 sq. ft. two story office build up with addition of elevator. Update exterior image with Tuscan influence (stucco).  Re-do interior plan and enhance style with stone, tile, fixtures and lighting.

Special Considerations:

• Improve efficiency of floor plan
• Add elevator for ADA compliance
• Add skylights and a decorative tower at entry and decorative window elements to enhance building image
• Installed granite countertops on cabinets, granite vanity’s in restroom, and 6 panel mahogany doors
