Project Description:

Remodeling of 10,000 sq. ft. two story Green Velvet office building in Apple Valley, Minnesota with the addition of an elevator. Update exterior image with Tuscan influence (stucco).  Re-do interior plan and enhance style with stone, tile, fixtures and lighting.

Special Considerations:

  • Improve efficiency of floor plan
  • Add elevator for ADA compliance
  • Add skylights and a decorative tower at entry and decorative window elements to enhance building image
  • Installed granite countertops on cabinets, granite vanity’s in restroom, and 6 panel mahogany doors

Services Provided by APPRO Development:

Complete design build package with emphasis on themed exterior design and interior space planning.  “Hands on” design selection with owners. Served in the roll of Architect and General Contractor.
